A little over a year ago, I began working with a company who develops and owns multiple commercial properties throughout Virginia. They wanted me to design a few complexes from scratch and renovate some of the existing locations. Falcon Creek Apartments in Hampton was one of those renovation projects. When I first saw the space, it was incredibly dark and dated inside…the walls, furniture, accessories…everything! I immediately began ordering furniture {some custom created to my liking–score!!– and some from Haynes}, choosing new finishes and fixtures, and purchasing new accessories {the majority of which are from TJ, Ross, World Market, and Marshalls!!}.
