One of the three spaces I designed for BECO over the past year was conveniently located in Harbor View. The clubhouse and leasing offices were very dated and overwhelmingly crowded so I updated the look of the bar area, chose new light fixtures, swapped the paint, re-tiled the fireplaces, and bought new furniture and accessories. Here are some of the before pictures:
