Marshall’s Roc Solid Renovation

As always, these Roc Solid Renovation projects put a smile on my face…something we definitely need on this Monday (and we have 2 more coming up in the next month)!! Marshall and his brother Noah had their room done back in May. It happened to fall on a weekend when I had was doing the flowers and coordination for a wedding on the Eastern Shore, so I wasn’t actually there to see the final product (wahhh!!!). I did, however get everything together and provided everyone with some quick/crude renderings and lots of lists (hey OCD…) and the Roc Solid team did a great job pulling it together! This project started off with two little boys providing ME with a floor plan and wish list for their room….more than most adults would do!! Needless to say, I was thrilled, but also a little intimidated because the bar was set and I had to surpass their expectations!! They wanted a red, black, and grey music themed room that was conducive to video game battles…duh, what kid doesn’t want that?! Here’s the renderings from the 3-d model. Corrugated metal headboards trimmed in wood, comfortable gaming chairs, fresh paint, instruments displayed… My generous husband went through his collection of records so I could fill their wall up with the classics!!
