Long time, no talk you guys!! I can’t believe it’s 2019 (I feel like it was just 2009…) and I wanted to share a recently completed project with you. I have been working with a house flipping group on a few projects and this was one of the first ones I became involved with. I go in after closing and take as-built measurements, provide new build layouts and space planning, select materials, finishes, and light fixtures then a staging group comes in and stages the home to sell. Located on Cedar Point Golf Course in Suffolk, VA, this house is now on the market!!
When I first saw this house, it wasn’t in terrible condition but needed some love and lots of updates. Here are some before pictures…

I went in after closing and took as-built measurements of the space and then provided the guys with some potential new layouts for the space. We re-arranged the dining and kitchen areas to make the kitchen bigger and keep the living areas flowing together.
The construction crew did a great job putting this one together…I kinda want to move in!! The house was staged by Staged 2 Sell in Poquoson. Here are all the lovely “after” pictures!
