Meeting Megan was a stroke of luck….and by luck, I actually mean we could have met a million different ways, but it happened to be through a random business card left at Pure Barre. Once we initially began talking, I later realized she also frequents Fruitive, lives right behind the shopping center in Hilltop, and works in the same (small) law firm as my aunt!!
She and her husband initially contacted me because they were hosting a fall party at their gorgeous (i mean seriously amazing) home in Virginia Beach. During our meeting, I found out that her husband was a hunter from Suffolk and I ran rampant with the antler theme (which Styled has for rent!!). Here are a few images from the set up at their party!!
As you walked up from the curb, we had strands of cafe lights lining the walkway. On the front porch was a collection of fall stuff (pumpkins, bale of hay, gourds, corn, etc), and then on the front door was this custom made wreath hinting at the decor for the rest of the party.
Once inside, guests were immediately welcomed by this pumpkin arrangement.
Here are some other arrangements throughout the house (check out that SINK!!). I may be partial, but I’m obsessed with the dining arrangement….
In addition to the fully catered party, we also set up a pie bar with the typical seasonal pies (apple, pecan, pumpkin) and had a WHISKEY BAR! How awesome…wish I had gotten a better picture of the set-up!
We set up multiple cocktail tables outside for the guests to enjoy their amazing back yard. Even with only 5 tables, I insisted on 2 different centerpiece types…
Finally, we set up some cafe lights under the pergola where the fabulous Kayce McGehee sung/played her little heart out all night. Thanks for posing for us babe ;) Ha!
