Earlier this year, I completed an interior and exterior renovation on a property called Hampton Center Apartments. My liaison to the property owners was this wonderful girl named Julia who works for Drucker & Faulk, the management company. Since that project, she has passed my name along and I now have FOUR other renovation jobs. Julia, YOU’RE AWESOME.
This property, Trail Creek Apartments, is located in Hampton near the coliseum. It’s a really cute complex that needed an interior update in the clubhouse/leasing building and model. I’m going to save the model for a second blog post, so be on the lookout for that in the coming weeks!!

We clearly removed all the rectangular trim, window treatments, furniture, etc. The new flooring and paint did wonders for this space!! The new furniture (West Elm, Rowe, At Home, and Hooker) helped to ground the space while the the beams and new chandelier we had installed draw your eye up to the gorgeous ceilings!

Business center before:
We went around and around with layouts and ideas. Ultimately it made the most sense to just update what was there originally rather than get into any electrical/data issues. Quality Stone Concepts came in clutch with a quick delivery and install.
The fitness center got some fresh paint and new carpet tiles…here’s the before.
